Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Technischen- / Chemietechnischen Beruf z.B Schlosser, Elektriker, Chemiker, Mechatroniker
  • Führerschein (PKW)
  • Weiterbildungsbereitschaft
  • Selbstständige leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Das Aufgabengebiet des Qualitätssicherers bei der ABA Pyrotechnik GmbH umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

Zielsetzung: Optimierung von Qualitätssicherungsprozessen, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsansprüche an unsere Produkte.

  • Durchführung von Pyrotechn. Satzprüfungen & Freigaben für die Produktion
  • Durchführung von Produktprüfungen während, vor und nach der Produktion
  • Dokumentation der Produkt- & Satzprüfung
  • Problemlösung von Qualitätsmängeln in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsleitung
  • Durchführung Qualitätskontrolle von Rohstoffen im Wareneingang
  • Reklamation von Rohstoffen, welche Qualitätsmängel aufweisen
  • Durchführung von Produkttests von fertiggestellten Produktionslosen
  • Erstellung von Videoaufnahmen von fertiggestellten Produkten (Profi und Konsumentenfeuerwerk)
  • Erarbeitung und Verbesserung bestehender Qualitätssicherungsprozesse
  • Erstellung von detaillierten & bebilderten Produktionsanweisungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsleitung & Entwicklung
  • Mitwirkung an Neuentwicklungen und Überführung dieser in die Produktion
  • Musterfertigung für die Vorserienproduktion & während des Entwicklungsprozesses
  • Überwachung und Durchführung von Langzeitlagertests
