  • Qualitätssicherung bei der Abwicklung und Verbuchung von nachträglichen Konditionen
  • Prüfung und Bewertung der Konditionsinhalte nach geltenden Guidelines (Accounting & Tax)
  • Bearbeitung und Fakturierung von Konditionsvereinbarungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Category Management, Accounting und Controlling
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports und Ad-hoc-Analysenº Ansprechperson zu Fragen rund um Bonusabwicklung und Konditionen
  • Überwachung und Monitoring der Einhaltung von Lieferantenverpflichtungen, einschließlich Kontrolle und Abstimmung offener Posten und Bonusforderungen im Rahmen des Credit Managements
  • Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Accounting
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel (SAP von Vorteil)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Problemlösungsorientierungº Grundkenntnisse Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit Shared Service Centern wünschenswert
