Ihre Aufgaben
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der CAQ-Software Opcenter Quality mit Schwerpunkt Prüfplanung sowie Unterstützung bei der Systemadministration
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und KI-Lösungen im Qualitätsmanagement
Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Power BI- und Tableau-Dashboards zur Analyse von Qualitäts- und Prozessdaten
Moderation von Prozess-FMEAs, Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen sowie Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Analyse, Bewertung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen anhand von Kennzahlen, Lessons Learned und Qualitätsauswertungen

Ihre Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität)
Berufserfahrung bzw. fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement, in der Qualitätssicherung und im Non-Conformity-Management
Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Digitalisierungsthemen und dem Einsatz von KI-Lösungen
Sehr gute Microsoft-365-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Forms, SharePoint und Copilot
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Ihre Perspektive
Je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von mindestens EUR 4.100,- vorgesehen (dieses übersteigt jedenfalls das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt). Die letztgültige Gehaltsvereinbarung treffen wir im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gespräches.
