Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für das Reklamationsmanagement (8D- Methodik)
  • Sicherstellung von Prozessfreigaben und Nacharbeitsprozessen nach IATF
  • Steuerung der Qualitätssicherung im Serienprozess inkl. Audit- und Requalifikationen
  • Unterstützung der Prozessbadüberwachung und Dokumentation der Parameter (KTL/ Passivierung, Labor/Analytik)
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeits- und Prüfanweisungen für Fertigung und Labor
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Anlagentechnik zur nachhaltigen Fehlervermeidung

Ihr Profil:

  • Technische Ausbildung (z. B. Oberflächentechnik, Chemietechnik)
  • Weiterbildung Techniker, QM
  • Erfahrung im QM, idealerweise IATF 106949 Umfeld
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Qualitätsmethoden und Audits
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Prüfverfahren und Prozessüberwachung
  • Durchsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationsgeschick
