Qualitätstechniker für PPAP-Prozesse (m/w/d) – Teilzeit

  • Arbeitszeit: 20 - 20 Stunden pro Woche
  • Ihr neuer Job:
  • Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Großraum Rastede einen Qualitätstechniker für PPAP-Prozesse (m/w/d) – Teilzeit (20h)
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation der Kaufteil-Erstbemusterung nach unseren Gruppenstandards
  • Überprüfung von Bauteilen und Dokumenten gemäß technischen Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Normen auf Funktionalität, Montierbarkeit und Maßgenauigkeit
  • Erstellung von Messprogrammen und Durchführung von Gegenmessungen gemäß Zeichnungsvorgaben
  • Initiierung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und Lieferanten bezüglich Prüfergebnisse
  • Aufbereitung von Qualitätsdaten zur Berichterstattung und Analyse
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Industrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im PPAP-Prozess
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, auch im technischen Bereich
  • Zuverlässigkeit und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Lieferanten
  • Teamfähigkeit
