Für Tätigkeiten in einem renommierten Unternehmen in Wedel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Qualitätstechniker (m/w/d) Verteidigungs- und Luftfahrtindustrie.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Nachverfolgung interner und externer Qualitätsmeldungen
  • Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Koordination von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Kommunikation mit Fachabteilungen, Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung und eigenständige Durchführung von Audits
  • Überprüfung von Prüfplanungen und Freigabe von Lieferungen
  • Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden zu Qualitätsthemen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, Fachschulausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Mechanik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätsprüfung, idealerweise in der Industrie
  • Qualifikation im Qualitätsmanagement (z. B. DGQ) und Kenntnisse von Methoden wie 8D, FMEA sowie Kenntnisse Lean Six Sigma
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, SAP- und MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in Lieferantenentwicklung und internationalen Audits
  • Konzeptionelle, ergebnis- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit sowie systematisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, selbstständiges Handeln und Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie konstruktiver Umgang mit Konflikten und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Reisebereitschaft
