Quality Assistant

Description

• •Check your NetSuite dashboard for daily work orders submitted to QA ready for inspection.
• •Responsible for outgoing QA and QC of all products before shipment, looking for any nonconformances.
• •Assists in investigating non-conformance issues or discrepant materials.
• •Audit work order entries in our company ERP system (NetSuite).
• •Review work order folders for completeness and accuracy.
• •Follow the VRMA processes by preparing Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting
• •Documentation for non-conforming material.
• •Assist receiving inspection as needed with testing, assembly, and mechanical inspection.
• •Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• •HS Diploma or equivalent.
• •Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven administrative, operations support, or QA/production environment.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Google Workplace is a plus.
• •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• •Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• •Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• •Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• •Strong work ethic, curiosity to learn, and willingness to grow into a more technical QA role overtime.
