Quality Assurance Administrator

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator. This role covers jobs responsible for reviewing actions, transactions, documentation, processes and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.

In this role, you will:

• •Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound or outbound customer calls
• •Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
• •Oversee a group of service monitors
• •Provide information and assists in the feedback and formal education process of other staff
• •Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs
• •Act as a subject matter expertise
• •Provide information and assist in the feedback and education to staff

Required Qualifications:

1+ year of Quality Assurance support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• •Completed 2nd year College level
• •Experience supporting loan servicing, lending operations, financial services, or related operational functions
• •Knowledge of compliance requirements and operational controls within a regulated environment
• •Quality Assurance experience, including reviewing work for accuracy and adherence to established processes.
• •Knowledge of auto servicing and/or aftermarket processes.
• •Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
• •Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Job Expectations:

• •Must be able to attend full duration of required training period
• •Must be amenable to working in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• •Must be willing and able to work additional hours as needed
• •Must be amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
