Position Responsibilities

• •Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.
• •Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
• •Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline’s U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
• •Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
• •Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.

Minimum Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree.
• •2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing experience.
• •Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for all planned testing.
• •Familiarity with Microsoft’s Azure DevOps (TFS) and automated testing tools preferred.
• •Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver a plus.
