Quality Assurance Engineer

What You’ll Do :

• •Prepare detailed٫ comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• •Review requirements٫ specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• •Plan and coordinate testing activities٫ thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs
• •Build and execute automation scripts using GBT approved tool set.
• •Organize testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• •Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• •Review debugging process results
• •Track quality assurance metrics٫ like defect densities and open defect counts
• •Analyze the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• •Maintain relevant knowledge about new testing tools and test strategies

What We’re Looking For :

• •Experienced with Selenium with .NET, SOAPUI, Postman, JMETER tools
• •Proficient with testing of .NET Web and Window application hosted on cloud environment.
• •Good working experience in test management, automation, planning and execution.
• •At least 5+ years and experience as a .NET technology and application testing
• •Experienced in AI development toolkit like Claude, Co-Pilot etc.
• •Knowledge of various test design patterns
• •Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and methodologies
• •Experienced with .NET tech stack and SQL Server
• •Knowledge of cloud native applications and development practices (Azure preferable)
• •Ability to track & manage project tasks and deliverables to successful closure
• •Excellent problem-solving skills
• •Fluent verbal and written communication skills
• •Knowledge and/or experience working in an Agile delivery environment

Nice to have:

• •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related discipline.
• •ITIL or other service management frameworks
• •Knowledge of travel industry and travel related technologies.
