What we're looking for:

We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support a culture of continuous improvement.

How you will contribute:

Drive process and product quality improvements through data analysis, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations;

Support process excellence by applying quality methodologies and tools across manufacturing operations;

Lead and participate in quality audits, corrective actions, and process improvement projects;

Monitor key quality metrics to identify opportunities for performance enhancement and defect prevention;

Provide guidance and support to teams on quality best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Degree in Engineering;

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, statistical analysis, and process improvement methodologies;

Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and Control Plans is an advantage;

Professional proficiency in English;

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

Professional proficiency in English.
