We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about continuous improvement, problem solving, and delivering world-class quality. In this role, you'll partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive quality excellence and support our commitment to producing the highest-quality compact equipment in the industry.

What You'll Do
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability by:
- Implementing and improving quality systems across production and engineering operations.
- Supporting Material Review Board (MRB) activities and driving resolution of quality concerns.
- Collecting, analyzing, and evaluating quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Partnering with production teams to investigate process failures and develop corrective action plans.
- Reviewing supplier manufacturing processes and collaborating on quality and value improvement initiatives.
- Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to enhance quality and productivity.
- Developing, tracking, and reporting quality performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Participating in Engineering Change meetings to ensure compliance, risk assessment, and successful implementation.
- Supporting quality analysis and continuous improvement projects throughout the organization.
- Promoting proactive problem-solving methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years’ of experience in a Quality Assurance Engineering role.
- Experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems and components.
- Experience utilizing quality tools and methodologies such as:
- 8D
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
- Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to facilitate and coach teams through structured problem-solving activities.
- Knowledge of fabrication-focused quality control methods, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Wage: $75,000-$95,000 annually
This position offers the potential for discretionary bonus compensation up to 10% of base salary.
