Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality to lead quality assurance activities across cosmetic/skincare manufacturing. The role focuses on strong QA systems, regulatory compliance, documentation, and audit management, ensuring adherence to internal standards and statutory guidelines across all manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Oversee QA activities for RM, PM, bulk, and finished products for all commercial batches.
• •Approve GRN, RM/PM release, and finished product release as per quality standards.
• •Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and internal QA systems.
• •Maintain and review quality documentation, batch records, and compliance reports.
• •Lead and support internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• •Identify quality deviations, conduct investigations, and implement CAPA.
• •Monitor packaging material quality throughout the production cycle.
• •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality compliance.
• •Travel to manufacturing sites or audit locations as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• •5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the cosmetics or skincare industry.
• •Strong knowledge of QA systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, and audits (formulation knowledge preferred but not mandatory).
• •Hands-on experience with documentation, quality release processes, and compliance management.
