• What would you do? • The digital QA analyst is a quality expert responsible for testing all digital creative (HTML5 banners and social media videos) to ensure deliverables released to the public provide an impeccable customer experience.

• •This person verifies technical and visual compliance across supported browsers, devices, and operating systems and works closely with the motion developer to ensure timely, stable, and visually appealing releases.
• What are we looking for? • • Four+ years of experience in testing. Ad agency experience a plus.
• •• Strong cross-browser and rendering test experience (Browserstack preferred).
• •• Proficient analyzing complex issues and finding practical solutions while consistently meeting deadlines.
• •• Innovative approaches to overcome challenges and achieve results.
• •• Tech-savvy with a resolve for troubleshooting.
• •• Clear communicator and organizational change advocate (inform, alleviate fear, increase support).
• •• Thrives in a dynamic work environment, managing multiple tasks with strong time management skills.• • Experience with project management systems (Workfront preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Roles and Responsibilities: • • Focus on engineering, delivering high-quality customer experiences through robust test-case design and thorough test planning.
• •• Effectively execute, manage, and document testing.
• •• Review and compare HTML5 assets against approved creative.
• •• Test digital asset functionality, such as click-through accuracy on display ads.
• •• Perform regression testing and ensure all issues are resolved and closed before approval.
• •• Enhance digital workflows and application-use, driving digital team transformation.
• •• Collaborate and share knowledge to advocate quality and continuous improvement.
