• Your Prospective Job:
• For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Quality Conformance Manager (m/f/d) for the Cabin Conformance A320 Team at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• •Be the focal point for all interface teams
• •Responsible for Inspection Planning, Digitalization Projects, KPIs, Certifying Staff and Customer Presentation
• •Create KPI Dashboards in Skywise with software programmers
• •Lead complex problem solving by defining corrective & preventive actions
• •Identify improvements for process performance and product conformity, process robustness and process repeatability
• •Check and validate manufacturing deviations in the quality approval loop
• •Lead the implementation, follow-up and improvement of a Quality Control Plan
• •Generate and present a consolidated quality & conformance view in front of the final assembly lines and procurement
• •Define methods for Technical Incoming Inspection perimeter
• •Ensure planification and execution of operational surveillance
• •Implement and maintain an efficient communication with transnational stakeholders
• •Ensure cabin product conformity including documentation stating safe operation for all cabin parts
• •Achieve and improve customer satisfaction by securing conformity and airworthiness
• •Ensure systematic feedback loop with A320 Single Aisle FAL
• •Lead data-driven analysis of inspection findings, associated root causes and derive improvements
• •Provide product quality feedback to supply chain community
• •Carry out the physical technical incoming inspection of cabin parts

Your Profile:

• •Completed studies or Bachelor Professional in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aircraft Construction or comparable
• •At least one year of professional experience in Aerospace, Project Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain and IT
• •Experience in Data Analysis and AI application is advantageous
• •Basic knowledge in Total Quality Management
• •User skills in Google Workspace
• •Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
• •Willingness to travel (max. once per quarter, worldwide)
