- ■主な仕事内容
- a. 顧客満足とクレームの最小化のために行動する
- b. ROCKWOOLの管理手順、仕様、および作業指示に従って、入荷した商品と完成品をチェックおよび検証し、記録する
- c. ROCKWOOLの管理手順、仕様、作業指示に従って工程内検査を実施し、記録する（寸法、密度、外観 など）
- d. 関連する顧客契約要件に最終製品が確実に準拠するようにする
- e. 製品の品質を管理し、リジェクト品の発生を防ぐ
- f. 製品に添付するラベルを管理する
- g. 作業場の安全衛生を確保する
- h. 安全活動の推進と参加
- i. 各種品質向上キャンペーンへの参加
- j. 校正を含む検査測定および試験装置の管理
- k. カスタマーサービス／営業の 要件に応じたサンプルの準備
- l. 将来のテストまたは参照のためのサンプル保管
- ■主たる責任範囲
- a. 合意された条件に従って、品質管理と報告を行う（生産ライン）
- b. 測定制御および確認
- c. 社内テスト頻度に沿ったテストの実施
- d. 顧客の要求ごとに製造される製品に対し、検索可能なレコードを発行
- e. 完成品に適切なラベルを貼付し、製品の識別とトレーサビリティを確保
- f. 改善行動をおこなうために不適合製品の特定と管理
