Quality Control Representative

Job Description:

Location: 1003 Plum Valley Lane, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129

Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)

Pay Type: Hourly

Full Time Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

What you will do:

• •Answer a high volume of inbound calls to the main company line promptly and courteously.
• •Act as the primary point of contact for general customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• •Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, empathizing with their situation and working to find satisfactory resolutions.
• •De-escalate challenging situations with patience and tact, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• •Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the designated CRM.
• •Utilize the company's phone system (e.g., call routing, transferring, holding, conferencing features) efficiently.
• •Quality review customer information in the CRM and merge duplicate customer records.
• •Download CRM, DMS or other databases, sort and filter spreadsheets to assist in the quality review process.

What we are looking for:

• •Excellent communication skills are required
• •Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities
• •A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• •Availability to work retail hours including holidays
• •High School Diploma or equivalent required
• •Valid Driver’s License
• •Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations
• •Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, dealer DMS system, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
