Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality control inspections and testing throughout manufacturing.
Use measurement and electrical testing equipment, including calipers, micrometers, voltmeters, and other tools, to evaluate product quality and identify defects.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and assembly-related quality issues to help identify potential causes and determine next steps.
Document and track quality issues, nonconformances, and test results, working with appropriate teams to support timely resolution.
Collaborate with Production and Engineering to investigate manufacturing defects, support corrective actions, and verify that issues have been resolved.
Identify and communicate supplier-related quality issues, coordinating with Supply Chain and other teams as needed.
Perform follow-up inspections and testing to confirm corrective actions are effective and products meet established quality standards.
Review components and assemblies for compliance with specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements.
Maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, and other quality documentation.
Identify recurring defects and opportunities to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Additional duties as assigned.

Hands-on experience performing mechanical and electrical inspections, functional testing, and basic troubleshooting.
Experience using measurement and electrical testing equipment, including calipers, micrometers, voltmeters, and related tools.
Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; experience with battery assembly, power systems, or industrial electrical equipment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Experience identifying, documenting, and helping resolve manufacturing defects and quality issues.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to accurately document findings.
Proficiency with computers and working knowledge of Google Workspace or similar applications.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Must be available to work 1st shift, currently scheduled Monday through Thursday (6am - 4:30pm).
