• Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

• Summary:
• As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security aspects, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to enhance overall product reliability and performance.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality standards are met throughout the development process.
• - Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• - Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
• - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex testing scenarios.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including continuous testing and regression testing.
• - Experience in creating and maintaining automation scripts and strategies.
• - Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support testing activities.
• - Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and defect management processes.
• - Good communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to quality improvements.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
