## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Betreuung unserer Kunden sowie Vertretung des Unternehmens in Qualitätsangelegenheiten
  • Vertretung des Kunden in Q-Angelegenheiten in allen Prozessabläufen
  • Internes und externes Reklamationsmanagement
  • Verantwortlich für das Erreichen der projektbezogenen internen / externen Qualitätsziele
  • Planung sowie Begleitung von Neuprojekten (Qualitätsplanung)
  • Erstellen und Schulen von Prozess- und Produktdokumentation
  • Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung des QM-Systems
  • Durchführen von kontinuierlichen Produkt- und Prozessverbesserungen
  • Uneingeschränkt selbstständige Moderation und Koordination von internen und externen Qualitätsregelkreisen
  • Reisebereitschaft national und international

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder Ausbildung plus anerkannte 2-jährige Fachausbildung zum Techniker
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich QM (z.B. Qualitätsbeauftragter) wünschenswert
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in Anwendung gängiger QM Methoden
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
