• Summary:
• As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate testing effectiveness, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain product excellence and reliability.

• - Ability to define, track, and analyze key metrics to assess testing progress and quality outcomes.
• - Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate testing activities seamlessly into the software development lifecycle.
• - Competence in managing test execution workflows and facilitating effective defect resolution.

• Additional Information:
