## Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse von Qualitätskennzahlen und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Steuerung und Begleitung von Qualitäts- und Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung statistischer Prozesskontrollen (SPC)
  • Optimierung von Prüf- und Qualitätskonzepten
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen in Produktions- und Prüfprozessen
  • Förderung einer datengetriebenen Qualitätskultur
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Entwicklung und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Direkte Berichtslinie an den CI Manager

## Dein Profil

  • Technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Operational Excellence oder Datenanalyse & Statistik
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Six Sigma oder vergleichbaren Methoden
  • Analytische Denkweise und Freude daran, Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
