ABOUT DSC:

In 2011, Dollar Shave Club didn’t just shake up the shaving aisle—we reinvented it. A viral video put us on the map, and our direct-to-consumer model challenged an entire industry by making great razors accessible, affordable, and actually fun to buy.

Since then, we’ve grown far beyond blades. From grooming to personal care, we’ve built a lineup of quality essentials designed to make life easier (and smoother), whether you find us online or in stores near you.

Today, DSC is expanding into new categories and new markets, but our DNA hasn’t changed. We’re still here to cut the BS, deliver real value, and bring a little humor to the everyday routine.

So what are you waiting for? Join the Club.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Specialist to oversee end to end product quality within our warehouse and fulfillment operations, with direct expertise in evaluating both formulation and packaging standards (including OTC products). RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect incoming shipments, maintain the product standard library, and prevent critical defects.

Release, hold, or reject product lots and track supplier quality performance over time.

Perform in-line inspections, document issues, escalate problems, and oversee product rework.

Manage product holds, ensuring items are properly quarantined, labeled, and logged in WMS.

Guide and support site QC Technicians with inspection standards and escalation decisions.

Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to solve root causes, fix quality gaps, and optimize warehouse processes.

Develop internal audit plans and lead mock recalls under the Senior Quality Manager's direction.

Partner with Product Development on package drop, ship, and integrity testing for launch readiness.

Monitor product shelf life and collaborate with Inventory Control on disposition and disposal.

Track monthly floor quality metrics and report key non-conformances for site dashboards.

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years in a quality role within manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or CPG.

Expertise in QMS, GMP (cosmetic GMP / ISO 22716), ISO 9001, document control, CAPA, traceability, and recalls.

Hands-on experience with inbound inspection, AQL sampling, defect classification, and supplier quality management.

Trained in lean manufacturing practices (WCM, TPM, Six Sigma), focus improvements, and root-cause investigations.

Proficient in WMS software (SAP, HighJump, etc.).

Experience developing internal audit plans and leading cross-functional audits and quality initiatives.
