- Aufgaben:
- Sicherstellung der Produktqualität durch technische Prüfungen während in der Luftfahrzeugfertigung
- Freigabe von Bauteilen für nachgelagerte Fertigungsprozesse im Bauabweichungsmanagement
- Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und Schließung von Non-Conformities sowie Beanstandungen
- Durchführung von Trouble Shooting und Unterstützung bei der Störungsbeseitigung im Fertigungsumfeld
- Fachliche Weisungsbefugnis und Betreuung des prüfberechtigten Personals
- Einarbeitung neuer Prüfberechtigter sowie Festlegung und Abnahme von Arbeitsproben
- Analyse von Qualitätsproblemen sowie Durchführung und Visualisierung von Practical Problem Solving Aktivitäten
- Profil:
- Flugzeugbauer, Industriemeister Fachrichtung Metall, Techniker Fachrichtung Luftfahrttechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie in der Qualitätssicherung
- vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP, gute Kenntnisse in Google Workspace sowie Kenntnisse im Lean Management
- selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
