Responsibilities:

Routine Inspection Activities

Conduct visual and basic dimensional inspections using standard tools (e.g., rulers, gauges, templates).

Verify that products meet defined specifications and report any deviations.

Documentation and Recordkeeping

Accurately complete inspection checklists and quality records.

Ensure traceability and proper documentation of inspection outcomes.

Issue Identification and Escalation

Identify visible defects or inconsistencies and escalate to supervisors or quality engineers.

Support initial containment actions when non-conformities are detected.

Compliance with Procedures

Follow established work instructions, inspection procedures, and safety guidelines.

Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and customer requirements.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure smooth inspection flow.

Communicate clearly about inspection results and quality concerns.

Support for Continuous Improvement

Provide feedback on recurring issues or process inefficiencies.

Participate in basic improvement initiatives as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical or Vocational Certification or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or production support roles.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of inspection tools and quality documentation practices.
  • Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English and fluency in the
  • Required Competencies and Skills:

Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and grow within the quality function.
