Hexcel is currently seeking a Quality Manger for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• •Provide leadership and expertise to implement, improve and maintain ISO EN9100 certifications quality system.
• •Establish key focus on internal and external customer satisfaction by understanding and implementing material and system requirements, establishing teaming relationships and resolving problems.
• •Act as primary resource to customer complaints, rejections and requests for corrective action to enhance positive customer and supplier relationships in a cooperative environment, including continuous follow up and interface with customers and/or supplier on all quality issues.
• •Ensure the QC Test Laboratories release accurate test results whilst meeting OTD and department lead time metrics for needed projects.
• •Ensure IMS management and ensure regular intern audits execution and action plan follow up.
• •Prepare quality plans/manuals on existing and new products; these plans include sampling plans, special customer requirements, etc. to ensure product quality.
• •Ensure compliance of manufacturing documents to quality requirements.
• •Measure, track and communicate critical performance metrics to management, site personnel and corporate (PPM, customer credits, number of complaints, First Pass Yield etc).
• •Plan techniques (FMEA, PCP) and personally lead the resolution of major issues.
• •Manages quality audits, whether system, customer or supplier

Qualifications:

• •Engineering degree in a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering schools
• •Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience in the manufacturing industry in quality department.
• •Technical knowledge: Familiarity with statistical process control, root cause analysis, and risk management.
• •Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve problems.
• •Leadership & communication: Managing teams, training staff, and reporting to executives.
• •Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
• •Familiarity or hands-on experience with measurement and inspection equipment.
• •Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
