Quality Officer

• •Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jawda KPIs and performance monitoring
• •In-depth understanding and implementation of Department of Health (DOH) Standards – Abu Dhabi
• •Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and accreditation processes (e.g., JCI)
• •Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and lead quality improvement initiatives
• •Familiarity with patient safety goals, risk management, and incident reporting systems
• •Excellent communication and documentation skills

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with clinical Background.

· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with experience in Healthcare Audits and Data Validation

· Skills:

a) An Understanding of continuous quality improvement planning

b) Knowledge of Accreditation

c) Demonstrates strong interaction and communication skills

d) Strong command of English Language oral and written

Certifications: Certification in Healthcare Quality, or a related area is an advantage.
