- Support quality initiatives and Quality Management System (QMS) activities
- Drive continuous improvement in test processes, documentation, and execution
What you need

- Required: Experience developing, executing, and documenting qualification or reliability testing
- Required: Working knowledge of temperature, shock, and vibration testing equipment, including programming
- Required: Ability to interpret vibration profiles and technical test data

- Required: Familiarity with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Advantage: Experience testing EO/IR products, MIL-STD-810 methodologies, and leading Test Technicians
What we offer

- Exposure to multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex technical challenges
- A collaborative environment focused on quality and innovation
- Stability and resources as part of Teledyne Technologies
