Job Description of Quality Engineer

• •Handle and analyze non-conforming materials during operation and facilitate & monitor necessary corrective actions.
• •Monitor supplier quality data and follow up, verify and monitor supplier’s corrective actions.
• •Organize and participate in regular supplier audit and monitor quality improvement of supplier.
• •Create or update quality procedure and inspection criteria, training relevant employee and verify its effectiveness.
• •Monitor production process quality data and create, implement & follow up improvement plan.
• •Organize and participate in regular process & product audit and follow up quality improvement actions.
• •Handle customer complaints and follow up improvement actions.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering.
• •More than 3 years of quality control or process improvement work experience in related manufacturing company.
• •Good at listening, reading, written & oral English.
• •Good at data analysis and familiar with BI tools and Minitab is a plus.
• •Good communication skills and team spirit
