Quality Systems Specialist

Role Summary

Support the operation, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of the enterprise electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). Serve as an eQMS super user and operational partner to Quality process owners, site teams, IT, Digital, and system users across the global network.

Key Responsibilities

• •Support daily eQMS administration, including user access, security roles, account changes, documentation, routine maintenance, and release readiness.
• •Provide first-level user support, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate complex issues with technical teams or vendors, and facilitate office hours and post-go-live support.
• •Partner with module owners to coordinate governance activities, business requirements, enhancement requests, testing, deployment milestones, metrics, and action tracking.
• •Deliver and maintain training, job aids, onboarding resources, and super-user support; monitor training completion, user adoption, and recurring support needs.
• •Develop dashboards and analyze system usage, workflow performance, open issues, and adoption trends to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved user experience.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• •At least 3 years of experience supporting quality systems, business systems, enterprise software, shared services, or related operations.
• •Experience providing end-user support, troubleshooting, training, system testing, or project coordination.
• •Strong analytical, organizational, communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience administering or supporting an eQMS or another regulated enterprise platform.
• •Knowledge of quality management systems, regulated environments, system governance, software implementation, or change management.
• •Experience as a system administrator, super user, business analyst, or process support specialist in a global or virtual organization.
• •Experience with Power BI, reporting, analytics, workflow automation, or digital quality improvement.
