About the Role:
Lead and monitor quality audits and compliance.
Coordinate and support staff training, including mandatory requirements.
Identify improvement opportunities and implement best-practice care initiatives.
Drive change management processes to improve resident outcomes and team culture.

- About You:
- We are excited to hear from you about this role! We are looking out for:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practising clinician in either a hospital or Aged Care setting.
Full AHPRA accreditation with unconditional provisions.
Proven experience or interest in quality management, leadership, or clinical education.
Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care.
Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing funding outcomes.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
