Overview

AtkinsRéalis is currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded large-scale masterplan development project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile project within in Saudi Arabia.

Your role

• •Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
• •Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
• •Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
• •Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• •Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
• •Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.

About you

• •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• •5–10 years’ QS experience.
• •Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
• •Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
