Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Bedienung und Einrichtung einer Maschine, zum Beispiel ein Hobelautomat oder einer Vielblattsäge zur Herstellung von Holzleisten und Hobelware
  • Bestückung und Abnahme von Rohleisten und fertig gehobelter Leisten
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Qualitätskontrolle der geschnittenen Holzleisten
  • Behebung kleinerer Störungen an der Maschine
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Hygienestandards

Ihr Profil:

  • Quereinstieg möglich, keine Ausbildung von Nöten.
  • Keine Ausbildung erforderlich, jedoch technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Maschinenbedienung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
  • Deutschkenntnisse (für die Kommunikation im Team und das Verständnis der Maschinenanleitungen)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
