  • Mit Herz und Engagement: Du begleitest erwachsene Bewohner:innen mit geistiger, körperlicher und/oder Mehrfachbehinderung in ihrem Alltag.
  • Im Alltag stehst Du den Bewohner:innen zur Seite und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich gut aufgehoben fühlen.
  • Zuverlässige:r Begleiter:in: Du bist die Ansprechperson für Bewohner:innen, Eltern und Angehörige.
  • Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben: Du bist überall dort tätig, wo Dein Engagement dringend gebraucht wird, um die individuellen Bedarfe der Bewohner:innen zu erfüllen.

### Was wir uns wünschen

  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Eingliederungshilfe oder alternativ Berufserfahrung im Bereich der (Alten-)pflege oder Heilerziehungspflege sind wünschenswert – aber auch engagierte Berufs- und Quereinsteiger:innen sind willkommen!
  • Du bist aufgeschlossen und geduldig und möchtest Menschen individuell begleiten.
  • Flexibilität & Einsatzbereitschaft: Du bist bereit, im Schichtdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten.
  • Flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell: Diese Stelle ist in Teil- oder Vollzeit zu besetzen.
