Sie möchten beruflich neu durchstarten? Dann nutzen Sie Ihre Chance auf einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz in der zukunftssicheren Chemiebranche! Wir suchen motivierte Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) für die Mitarbeit in der chemischen Produktion am Standort Burghausen - im vollkontinuierlichen 5-Schicht-System.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Unterstützung bei der Herstellung moderner chemischer Produkte
  • Bedienen, Steuern und Überwachen automatisierter Produktionsanlagen
  • Sorgfältige und digitale Dokumentation Ihrer Arbeitsschritte
  • Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Mitarbeit im Team bei reibungslosen Abläufen und Prozessoptimierungen

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (zwingend erforderlich - Fachrichtung offen)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 5-Schicht-System
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
