  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung zur selbständigen Programmierung und Bedienung von konventionellen und CNC-gesteuerten Verzahnungsmaschinen
  • Herstellung von Zahnriemenscheiben aus diversen Stählen und NE-Metallen im Durchmesserbereich von 30 - 450 mm
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität durch entsprechende eigenständige Qualitätskontrollen
  • Stetige Fertigungsoptimierung (Programm-, Rüst- und Laufzeitoptimierung)
  • Ihr Profil:
  • ErsteErfahrungen als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in oder Quereinstieg mit Erfahrung in anderen Metallberufen
  • Interesse am Einrichten und Programmieren von Maschinen
  • Sicherheit im Lesen von Zeichnungen
  • Vertrauter Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Freude an lösungsorientierter Arbeit sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht, Früh- und Spätschicht von Montag bis Freitag)
  • Wir bieten:
