R&D ENGINEER

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• •Design and customize Flexibar, FleXbus, and Power Shunt solutions to meet customer and OEM requirements.
• •Review drawings and specifications to develop accurate, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs.
• •Interpret customer requirements and prepare technical documentation.
• •Support sustaining engineering activities, specifications, and installation documentation.
• •Prepare detailed quotations, including BOMs, pricing, drawings, and customized solutions.
• •Create and launch new part setups with BOMs, specifications, and manufacturing drawings.
• •Provide technical support to Sales and customers for customized product solutions.

YOU HAVE:

• •Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Drafting, Design, or related field
• •3+ years of CAD/BIM design experience
• •Strong experience with SolidWorks
• •Ability to read and interpret commercial construction/architectural drawings
• •Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• •Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/PLM systems
