Your role

As a R2R Strategy and Transformation Consultant focusing on R2R processes, you'll be at the forefront of helping our clients revolutionize their finance operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and create measurable business impact.

Your tasks

• •Partner with international clients to analyze and redesign R2R processes, identifying automation and technology‑driven improvement opportunities.
• •Contribute to high‑impact finance transformation projects delivering measurable business value.
• •Participate in Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, helping shape future‑state finance organizations.
• •Apply R2R expertise to recommend solutions improving efficiency, controls, and management insight.
• •Collaborate with Finance, IT, and client Subject Matter Experts to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• •Support ERP and finance system implementations (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle).
• •Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, bringing innovative ideas into transformation initiatives.

Your profile

• •Min. 5 years of Experience in finance transformation or R2R processes, with strong interest in process improvement and automation.
• •Good understanding of R2R process flows and finance operations.
• •Experience working with or around ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle or similar).
• •Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements.
• •Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
