We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant at our premier tennis facility. This is a full-time position with morning shifts and one weekend day required, starting October 2026 .

Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage front desk operations at the tennis facility
• •Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• •Schedule and coordinate court reservations
• •Provide support to tennis professionals as needed
• •Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests
• •Report directly to the Head Racquet Professional

Qualifications:

• •Must be 18 years of age or older
• •Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality
• •Strong customer service skills (our top priority)
• •Reliable transportation required
• •Previous country club or hospitality experience is a plus
