Gain exposure to a diverse patient caseload that comes with regional care

The Rockhampton centre is co-located with Rockhampton hospital

More specifically, you will:

Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatment and patient care

Demonstrate clinical and technical competence appropriate to your level of experience

Work collaboratively with Radiation Oncologists and local clinical and support teams, including Head and Neck Specialists from Brisbane

Collaboration with First Nation Health professionals, Cancer Care Coordinators, and Specialist Prostate and Breast Nurses

Contribute to a positive, safe and supportive team environment

Gain experience across a diverse caseload and specialist treatment techniques

Patient load is around 60 patients per day, across two machines

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

A relevant qualification in Radiation Therapy

Current registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA

Strong clinical and technical skills

The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

A passion for providing exceptional patient care

We also welcome interest from visa holders already in Australia who would love the opportunity to travel, work and experience another part of the country.
