What the Radiology Technician will do:

• •Greet patients, explain procedures and answer questions and instruct patient during the procedures.
• •Prepare proper sterile tray and contrast media for procedures.
• •Perform radiologic examinations on patients with proper positioning and technique.
• •Assist physicians during specialized procedures.
• •Evaluate images within PACS and close study appropriately for prompt reading.
• •Print charts
• •Access and document patient information in the patient medical record.
• •Input entry and selection of charges.

What the Radiology Technician will need:

• •Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• •Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
