Job Description

• •Lead and manage all aspects of financial operations for the RAMC division, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• •Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the overall business objectives of Siam Commercial Bank.
• •Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• •Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• •Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with various departments to establish realistic and achievable financial targets.
• •Ensure strong internal controls are in place and adhered to across all financial processes, mitigating financial risks and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
• •Provide financial leadership and guidance to the RAMC team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• •Collaborate with internal auditing teams to ensure financial processes and records meet audit standards.
• •Oversee corporate finance initiatives relevant to the RAMC division, including capital allocation and investment decisions.

Job Qualifications

• •Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• •Strong foundation in Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Financial Reporting and Analysis.
• •Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting, Corporate Finance, and Financial Analysis.
• •Exceptional Analytical Thinking and problem-solving skills.
• •In-depth understanding of Internal Controls and Internal Auditing principles.
• •Strong commitment to Ethical Standards and a high degree of Accountability.
• •Excellent Financial Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• •Solid understanding of Economics and its impact on financial performance.
• •Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.
