Qualifikation/ Fachkenntnisse: 

  • Erfolgreiche Ausbildung zum Triebfahrzeugführer Klasse 1 (innerbetrieblicher Verkehr – Anschlussbahn) oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker/ Elektromonteur mit der Bereitschaft sich zum Rangierer qualifizieren zu lassen
  • Deutschkenntnisse B2/C1 in Wort

Persönliche Anforderungen:

  • Physische Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Gesundheitliche Eignung zum Führen von Triebfahrzeugen mit unterschiedlichen Traktionsarten
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Bereitschaft, sich fehlende Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen durch umfangreiche und individuelle Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten anzueignen

Zielsetzung/ Beschreibung der wesentlichen Aufgaben:

  • Zugvorbereitung/Kuppeln und Entkuppeln von Fahrzeugen
  • Sichere und zuverlässige Durchführung von Rangieraufträgen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Richtlinien, Vorschriften und Anweisungen
  • Bedienen von Weichen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
