Responsibilities:

Ringkasan Pekerjaan

Bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi keandalan (Reliability Centered Maintenance/RCM) untuk peralatan dan sistem di PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper, dengan fokus khusus pada analisis oli untuk pencegahan kegagalan dan peningkatan kinerja aset.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  • * mengimplementasikan program Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko kegagalan peralatan.
  • * Terlibat dalam analisis kegagalan (Failure Analysis) dan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) untuk masalah keandalan yang berulang dan mengembangkan solusi jangka panjang.
  • * Membangun dan mengelola program analisis oli (Oil Analysis) untuk memantau kondisi peralatan, mendeteksi potensi masalah, dan mengoptimalkan jadwal perawatan.
  • * Mengembangkan, memelihara, dan mengoptimalkan strategi perawatan prediktif dan preventif berdasarkan data keandalan dan hasil analisis oli.
  • * Bekerja sama dengan tim pemeliharaan dan operasi untuk memastikan penerapan praktik keandalan yang efektif dan efisien.
  • * Menganalisis data kinerja peralatan, tren kegagalan, dan hasil analisis oli untuk mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan keandalan.
  • * Memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada personel pemeliharaan mengenai praktik keandalan dan analisis oli.
  • * Menyusun laporan kinerja keandalan secara berkala dan merekomendasikan tindakan perbaikan.
  • * Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan lingkungan dalam semua kegiatan keandalan.

* Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan standar instruksi kerja / SOP

* Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan rambu-rambu keselamatan kerja

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

  • * Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang terkait.
  • * Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang Reliability Engineering, RCM, atau Oil Analysis, Condition Montoring, diutamakan di industri manufaktur atau pulp & paper.
  • * Keahlian mendalam dalam metodologi Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dan aplikasi alat-alat RCM.
  • * Pengalaman dan pemahaman yang kuat tentang analisis oli, interpretasi hasil, dan penerapannya dalam program perawatan prediktif.
  • * Familiar dengan berbagai teknik perawatan prediktif lainnya seperti analisis getaran (vibration analysis), termografi, NDT,dll.
  • * Kemampuan analisis data yang kuat dan kemahiran dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik atau sistem CMMS
  • * Memiliki sertifikasi terkait keandalan (misalnya, CMRP, APR) atau analisis oli (misalnya, MLT, MLA) akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  • * Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan presentasi yang baik.
  • * Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun sebagai bagian dari tim.
  • * Fasih berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan.
