React JS / React Native Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Consultant with strong expertise in React JS, React Native, and modern JavaScript frameworks to lead the development of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience driving end-to-end solution delivery, defining frontend/mobile architecture, mentoring teams, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications using React JS.

Architect and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS platforms.

Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and frontend/mobile architecture best practices.

Build reusable component libraries and design systems to accelerate development.

Drive application performance optimization, scalability, security, and accessibility initiatives.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver business requirements.

Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and solution architecture workshops.

Integrate applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and cloud-native platforms.

Support CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

Mentor and guide development teams while ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.

Technical requirements

9–11 years of software development experience with strong expertise in frontend and mobile application development.

Extensive hands-on experience in React JS, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux, Redux Toolkit, and state management frameworks.

Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web and mobile applications.

Expertise in responsive design, cross-platform development, and mobile application lifecycle management.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and API-driven architectures.

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.

Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Additional responsibilities

Experience with Next.js and modern frontend architecture.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, Deep Linking, and Analytics integration.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

Exposure to mobile security best practices and app store deployment processes.

Experience leading distributed teams and client-facing engagements.
