What You’ll Build:

Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process

Generate and manage a pipeline of clients using company-provided leads and personal prospecting

Promote listings and personal brand with support from a dedicated marketing team

Utilize online transaction management tools to streamline deals

Collaborate with contract-to-close coordinators and settlement support staff

Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

Y our Foundation :

Active Pennsylvania real estate license (required)

1+ year of sales experience (preferred)

Based in or willing to relocate to York or Camp Hill, PA

Strong communication and client relationship skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible, independent schedule
