Job Description & Summary

About the Role:

You will support the client-side delivery of capital projects, including construction, fit-out and business-as-usual works. Working within agreed governance, you will coordinate scope, programme, quality, risk, change and stakeholder activities. You will provide project updates, oversee FM activities and collaborate with building services teams to ensure installation, commissioning and design standards are met. Partnering with internal teams, landlords, developers, contractors, designers and advisers, you will maintain project information, resolve day-to-day issues and escalate key decisions. You will also ensure required certifications, building control compliance and planning approvals are secured before completion and occupation.

What your days will look like:

Coordinate projects and workstreams from initiation through to handover and aftercare, keeping plans, milestones and actions on track.

Work closely with internal teams, landlords, developers, contractors and advisers to support delivery and communicate requirements clearly.

Monitor scope, programme, quality and commercial commitments, identifying risks, issues and changes early and providing clear progress updates.

Support supplier selection, mobilisation, inspections and handover, while maintaining effective project controls, approvals and decision records.

This role is for you if:

You have experience supporting client-side delivery of real estate, construction, fit-out or refurbishment projects in a commercial environment.

You understand construction procurement, change control, commercial administration and issue resolution.

You have experience managing project programmes, progress reporting, risks and project controls.

You can interpret construction programmes, scopes, specifications and architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings.

You bring strong commercial judgement, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to build relationships and constructively challenge stakeholders.

You are organised and self-motivated, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience; professional accreditation, planning software knowledge and sustainability awareness are desirable.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
