  • Ansprechpartnern Identifikation von Optimierungs- und
  • Modernisierungspotenzialen DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Ausbildung als
  • Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Erfahrung Erfahrung im
  • Gewerbeimmobilien- oder Property Management Kaufmännisches
  • Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Mieterthemen Idealerweise
  • Erfahrung in Vermietung und Betriebskostenabrechnung Technisches
  • Grundverständnis für Gebäude und Instandhaltung Selbstständige,
  • strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise WIR BIETEN
  • Eigenverantwortliche Position mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum Kurze
  • Entscheidungswege und direkter Austausch mit den relevanten
  • Ansprechpartnern Möglichkeit, Immobilienprozesse und das Facility
