• Position Overview:
• As a receiver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen with stocking and receiving orders from our vendors. This position starts at 6:00am on days worked.

Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

• •Assist Chef's with ordering products.
• •Be main point of contact to receive products from vendors.
• •Review invoices carefully to ensure orders match what was received.
• •Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• •Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• •Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
• •Support with prep and dishwashing duties, if needed.

Requirements

• •Minimum of two years in a fast-paced kitchen environment. (Experience with Mediterranean food is a plus.)
• •Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• •Strong attention to detail.
• •Excellent organizational skills.
• •Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• •Bilingual (not required however, it is a huge plus.)
• •Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
