Berufliche oder ehrenamtliche rechtliche Betreuer/in (m/w/d) können vom Amtsgericht in diesen Situationen im jeweils erforderlichen Umfang eingesetzt werden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie ab sofort an unserem Standort in Salzgitter-Bad.

Die Arbeitszeit beträgt Teilzeit ab 19,5 Wochenstunden bis Vollzeit mit 40 Wochenstunden.

Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme rechtlicher Betreuungen gemäß §§ 1814 ff. BGB n.F.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und anderen Aufgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Betreuungsvereinen
  • Mitgestaltung der Vereinsentwicklung

Qualifikation:

  • Staatliche Anerkennung im Studienbereich Sozialarbeit/Sozialpädagogik oder
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie, Pädagogik oder vergleichbarer Fachbereiche oder Volljurist/in (m/w/d)
  • Berufliche Erfahrung in der sozialen Arbeit
  • Organisationstalent, Engagement und Flexibilität
  • Ideal ist Erfahrung in der Arbeit der rechtlichen Betreuung
  • Wünschenswert sind kaufmännische/betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Mitgestaltung der Vereinsentwicklung
